Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly so they can reach customers in Australia and the United States within the expected delivery window.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at northwakecoffee@gmail.com. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet been processed or handed to our shipping partner.
After processing or shipment
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. If the order can no longer be cancelled, you can still request a return under our Returns & Refund Policy after receiving the item.
Incorrect details
If you entered an incorrect shipping address or contact detail, email us immediately with your order number. We will try to update it before fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
