60-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 60 days of placing your order.

Return conditions

• Items should be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where possible.
• Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
• Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

How to request a return

2. Our support team will reply with return instructions within 1-2 business days.
3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process the approved refund or replacement.
