We want your Whavi order to feel straightforward. If something is not right, you can contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help with the next step.
Return window
Return requests should be made within 30 days of delivery. Products should be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, returned with the original packaging.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will review the case and help with a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.
Change of mind
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may be harder to process.
